In an effort to keep WOTB an intimate setting, "ALL ACCESS PASSES" are limited to 30 attendees. With the Staff we have this year, I suggest booking early as I think the "passenger list" may be quite full!
I am offering 2 different ways that you can attend WOTB 2012, You can purchase an "ALL ACCESS PASS" or a "LIMITED ACCESS PASS".
The "ALL ACCESS PASS" includes all WOTB activities, classes and food service.
--coffee or tea/donuts or muffins Saturday and Sunday morning.
--a light lunch of sandwiches, chips and beverages will be provided on Saturday and dinner before the Instructors Concert. A light brunch will be served at the end of classes on Sunday.
--beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water provided for the entire festival.
--PLEASE state your breakfast preferences when you register, for example, coffee OR tea, donuts (from Allies Donuts, THE BEST!) OR muffin.
Price $450.00 due IN FULL BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS. I am offering a discounted rate of $350.00 if you book BEFORE JUNE 1, 2012.
The "LIMITED ACCESS PASS" is limited to ONE FIELD OF STUDY WITH ONE INSTRUCTOR.
This means for example, if you wish to study Sean-nos dance with Ronan, your pass is limited to ONLY the sean-nos dance portion of his classes, NOT the fiddle or language classes.
Price: $200.00 per field of study due IN FULL BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS. I am offering a discounted rate of $150.00 if you book BEFORE JUNE 1, 2012.
NO FOOD OR DRINK IS INCLUDED IN THIS OPTION but you are very welcome to attend the Opening Ceremonies on Friday night and play in all of the sessions.
